 We’re organizing a free social dip and meditation by the sea. Picture yourself cool moonlit waters of Bournemouth, surrounded by like-minded souls, as we connect with nature and harness the power of this celestial event.

Meet at 5.30pm outside SOBO Beach
Circle with Drumming, and Chanting!
Optional Full Moon Dip with Howling if you want 
Firepit to release what’s no longer required
Hot Drinks or whatever you fancy before & after at SOBO BEACH (or bring your own!)
 This is a FAMILY FRIENDLY event

Let’s come together and make memories under the enchanting glow of the full snow moon. Make sure you bring warm clothes and hot water bottles for after!
